Pressures on teachers to manage their workloads and teach our most vulnerable and challenging children are increasing and many will feel even
more pressure after the COVID-19 schools closure period. This training provides practical exercises and knowledge for any professional working with vulnerable children to support one another and themselves in their management of stress, overwhelming workloads and holding traumatic information. This training includes a model for school peer supervison.

- Understanding Attachment Disorders and How to Help
Children with attachment disorders will respond to the COVID-19 pandemic in different ways, this course will give you the knowledge and skills to be prepared. This course offers an overview of attachment disorders and looks at how early trauma affects the developing brain and a child’s capacity to learn, relate and love. Practical and creative strategies are offered to help repair some of the effects of trauma in troubled children and help improve their relational skills and ability to learn.
